Cafés

In September 2018 we opened The Elora Cafe. Our whirlwind experience of transforming a former gym into a coffee shop included building a kitchen and seating area from scratch, ordering equipment and supplies, and most importantly, sourcing quality coffee. A couple years into our adventure we purchased our first roasting machine and began crafting our own coffee.

We’ll work with you to select the best coffee for your needs, whether that’s choosing from our own roast profiles or helping you formulate custom roasts. We can supply you with drinkware, syrups, alternative milks; we can even help in sourcing and purchasing equipment. Whether you’re opening up a new café or looking to improve your current one, we have the experience to help guide you!

Restaurants

Whether accompanying brunch or as an after dinner digestif, coffee can be an excellent addition to your menu and another way of demonstrating your support of local vendors. It can also be a nice perk for staff, keeping them fuelled for those rushes. We can supply you with coffee, brewers and drinkware.   

Markets & Grocery Stores

There’s no better time to fill your shelves with local, Canadian goods! Although green coffee beans are sourced from more southern locales, our coffee is roasted right here in Ontario. Packaged in compostable bags, our roasts cover the range of light to dark, with seasonal flavoured blends and special collaborations. We’re also happy to build custom shelving! 

Events Centres

Conferences, conventions, trade shows, seminars, corporate meetings, weddings, parties, reunions… you name the special event and we have the coffee for it! In addition to freshly roasted coffee, we can connect you with serving towers and drink ware.

Healthcare Centres & Offices

Fresh, hot coffee is a common request of patients, visitors and staff alike. We’re able to source and maintain coffee brewers, hot water towers, and water filtration systems. All the elements necessary for the perfect cup of freshly roasted coffee.

Retail Business

Similar to markets and grocery stores, it’s a great time to have Canadian goods on your shelves. Roasted right here in Ontario, with our green beans sustainably sourced from a variety of southern locales, we offer a range of coffees to delight your customers. We’re also happy to build custom display shelving, when needed.
