When Elora Coffee Roasters moved into our original location at 56 West Mill, Paul Morin had only recently completed his stunning mural 'Tree of Life'. Made with gilded faux bronze and found objects, it's a mesmerizing - and often photographed - addition to one of the oldest buildings (c. 1858) in Elora. Though we've moved on from West Mill, we still lovingly look back at our time in that storied home.
